You are invited to Footprints Community 2023 ART EXHIBITION AND SILENT AUCTION
Footprints annual art exhibition is a collection of artwork created by clients, staff, local community members, art lovers, established artists and people new to creating. Making and creating artwork is a way many people are able to express themselves, share thoughts, idea and support overall mental health and wellbeing. The event is a celebration of creativity in October and follows Queensland Mental Health Week.
The art exhibition promises to be a beautiful community event with all funds raised going towards increasing the impact and reach of Footprints’ mental health programs.
Attend the art exhibition and be entertained with live music. Finger food will be served and beverages available for purchase.

Showcase and sell your artwork!
Showcase your creativity, sell your artwork in a stunning exhibition space and raise funds for mental health programs.
Below are steps to submit your artwork.
1. Download artist pack
- – Expression of interest (EOI) form (PDF)
- – Expression of interest (EOI) form (Word)
- – Terms and Conditions form (PDF)
- – Pricing guide (PDF)
2. Review, sign and return documents below on or by 29 September (we have extended the date).
- – EOI form signed and submitted to events@footprintscommunity.org.au
- – Terms and Conditions signed and submitted to events@footprintscommunity.org.au
3. Deliver your artwork to Footprints Reception on or by 6 October (the date has been extended).

4. Attend the art exhibition at Lightspace, Scanlan Street on Thursday 19 October, 2023.
5. If your artwork is sold, Footprints Finance will arrange payment into the bank account you advise in the EOI form.
6. Any unsold pieces are to be collected from Footprints by 1 November, 2023.

We need support with a variety of activities. Please email events@footprintscommunity.org.au if you would like to volunteer. We are grateful for any support you are able to offer.
Some of the activities we need volunteers for include:
- – Setting up artwork at the event
- – Serving food
- – Packing up after the event.
