Footprints Community is proud to announce the organisation recently won the Voice Project’s Best Workplace Award for 2023! This award recognises best workplaces, excellent management practices and a highly engaged workforce.

The non-profit organisation is committed to recruiting a team of passionate, professional and dedicated people to deliver on Footprints’ promise to support vulnerable community members in Queensland and northern NSW to live an independent lifestyle of their choice.

“This award is an exceptional achievement for Footprints Team. Our mission is to reach out to vulnerable people throughout QLD and in northern NSW, providing community-based services and supports. The services we deliver depend on engaging great staff Footprints culture is one of our strengths and we value each members contribution”.  said Cherylee, CEO.

With the service continuously growing across SEQ and towards northern NSW, we want to ensure we provide good quality employee training, positive engagement and performance with the client care at the forefront.

Loku Priyantha, Senior Manager Human Resources and Operations said, “The award is a recognition of Footprints ways of working, and our leadership and the systems we have put in place to support people.  We are pleased to receive this award and it also services to encourage us to maintain a high performing team who put our clients at the centre of everything we do.

The Voice Project is an independent company which aims to give people a voice and developed a survey process to gather information to help organisations and leadership teams to inform better decision making to drive employee engagement and organisation performance. The Voice Project’s Best Workplace Award 2023 is for organisations that exceeded the criteria of 80% or above staff satisfaction levels. This is the second time Footprints has received this award.
