Do you need assistance with tasks at home, or perhaps with travelling to appointments? The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) is an Australian Government-funded program that provides flexible and timely home care support. CHSP offers a range of services, based on what you need to live at home for longer.

How do I get started with CHSP?

Call 1800 FOOTPRINTS to set up an appointment with our aged care services team. They will ask you questions about your individual situation and needs, and provide you with different options, based on your requirements, location and the available funding support.

Footprints are here to offer personalised assistance to support you to remain at home independently.

I’d never heard of Footprints before, but I am amazed at your wonderful nursing service. My family is also very happy with how quickly I improved after they responded to my care.
