An experienced executive in People and Culture with leadership experience on both sides of the board table. She brings relentless energy, drive, and passion for values-based leadership, with demonstrated expertise across people and culture, safety, leadership, governance, and risk in both for-purpose and commercial environments. Her recent board and career appointments have been enhanced by large-scale human service and community-based organisations. Paula holds an MBA, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a Fellow Certified Professional with the Australian Human Resources Institute. She advocates for a “noses in, hands off” approach to organisational operations, allowing the board to focus on overall strategy and governance.

A Professional Board Director since 2019 who previously served on the Seniors Advisory Board for Australian Unity Limited in 2012–2013. He was a member of the Strategy and Innovation Sub-Committee for Comlink Australia Limited from 2020–2021 and serves on the Board of Uniting Church in Australia (Qld Synod) – Committee for Discipline since 2022. Cameron holds credentials as a Queensland Registered Valuer, Certified Practicing Valuer, and Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Australian Institute of Management, and Real Estate Institute of Queensland. He is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Working in the property industry since 1990, he became CEO of Value Associates in 1996, specialising in Expert Witness and Forensic Valuations for litigation and compensation. In 2012, he established Golden Years Home Transitions, bringing Senior and Specialty Move Management services to Australia. He currently chairs the Footprints People and Culture Committee.

Joined the board in June 2024 and chairs the Finance and Audit Committee. He is a highly experienced former CEO with extensive expertise in the community services sector, serving as Board Director for three not-for-profit organisations, including two in education. Joe is an Executive Leadership Mentor and Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders. He holds fellowships at Stanford and Harvard universities, an MBA, and a Graduate Diploma in Communication Practice. He serves as a Raise Foundation mentor, which delivers early intervention and prevention youth mentoring school programs. Previously, he served as Deputy Chair and Special Envoy for the National Disability Advisory Council, a Commonwealth Government ministerial advisory body.

A Senior Manager in Accenture Australia’s Technology practice with more than 14 years’ experience leading complex technology and transformation initiatives across public and private sector organisations. She brings deep expertise in technology strategy, operating model design, and large-scale digital delivery. Her approach is grounded in human-centred design, ensuring solutions address unique people’s needs and deliver sustainable, practical impact. Nicola has a strong interest in emerging technologies and their potential to strengthen services and support long-term organisational strategy. She previously served as Vice President of one of Queensland’s largest and longest-running playgroups, supporting governance, operations, and community initiatives for early childhood services across south-east Queensland. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management.

A general practitioner with over ten years of clinical experience serving as Deputy Clinical Director at Inala Primary Care, a not-for-profit practice serving Brisbane’s most disadvantaged communities. He combines hands-on medicine with advocacy and service development to improve access and equity. Jamie also sees patients at the Metro South Pain Rehabilitation Centre. Earlier roles included Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, migraine, and diabetes clinics. He regularly teaches medical students and supervises registrars, presenting at conferences about social prescribing, professional wellbeing, novel models of care, and managing complexity in general practice. He holds the academic title of Senior Lecturer at The University of Queensland and is guided by values of health equity, evidence-informed innovation, and strong clinical governance.

A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in property, hospitality, and professional services in Australia and the Middle East. He is Chief Financial Officer of Spyre, a property development company, with expertise in strategic asset management, financial management and controls, cashflow management, feasibility financial modelling, business management, and project management. Michael is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holding a Master of Professional Accounting and postgraduate qualifications in Applied Finance, Risk Management, Hotel Management, and Strata Management. He chairs Common Ground Queensland Limited, a not-for-profit community housing provider, and serves on the UDIA Queensland Finance and Tax Committee. Previously, he held governance positions in education, including service on Clayfield College School Council and the Fig Tree Pocket OSHC Committee.

A leader with more than 17 years of experience delivering complex change and digital transformation across health and higher education sectors. As Manager, Digital at Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN, she has led major national programs focusing on practical, sustainable outcomes improving services and community wellbeing through connected care. She is passionate about social impact, leadership excellence, and building strong, people-centred service delivery organisations. Renata contributed to significant initiatives, including prison health programs supporting continuity of care for vulnerable community members. She is a member of the Data Governance and Information Security Committee at Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN and serves as an Advisory Subject Matter Expert in Workforce, Education and Innovation with the Australasian Institute of Digital Health. She holds Bachelor degrees in Arts and E-Health (Health Informatics) with Professional Honours, an Executive MBA, and is a Gallup-certified strengths-based coach.
