Social Support Groups
Social connections help to support our overall happiness and health as we age. Footprints Social Support Group activities are designed to nurture social interaction, encourage independence, and enhance health and wellbeing.
Our Social Support Groups help participants to build friendships, form social connections, and become more engaged with their local community.
Participants play an active role in designing their own support and guiding group activities. Through this involvement, participants can take part in small-group activities and outings, such as seeing movies, enjoying picnics, visiting libraries, and visiting local attractions.
